The women are, from left to right: Flora Drummond, Emmeline Pethick-Lawrence, Mabel Tuke, Emmeline Pankhurst, and Christabel Pankhurst. The second, "A suffragette, who had chained herself to the railing, being removed by the police" shows an unidentified woman held by two police officers being pulled down the street.
