My dear Sir: -- I have a glimmering recollection that your institute has the first three volumes of the History of Woman's Suffrage. If it has, will you not purchase Vol. IV to put by the side of them? As you will see, this book contains the summing up or the fruit of the seed sowing in the early years. I shall be very glad indeed if you can purchase the book to go with the first three volumes, or in case you haven't them, the whole set.
