This pennant may have been distributed by the National American Woman Suffrage Association (NAWSA). Yellow was NAWSA's official color. The organization created a variety of pennants, banners, and sashes. "Votes for Women" was one of the most frequently used slogans throughout the woman's suffrage movement.
