Women’s rights organizations raised thousands of dollars to support their efforts during the fight for women’s right to vote, through the sale of souvenirs and other goods and services. Pennants, ribbons, and buttons, porcelain teacups and figurines, calendars, Valentines, cosmetics, playing cards, fans, and sterling silver spoons make up this eclectic assortment of objects. These items include merchandise created to raise money and promote the cause in the United States and Europe, material for conventions and conferences, and publicity tools used by both pro and anti-suffrage lobbyists.

Mechanical paperweight with a mirror on one side and a celluloid calendar with a mechanical piece that moves to cover the years from 1916 to 1926. It was made in New York in 1915 as a souvenir of the Empire State Campaign.
A portion of the face is missing and the printed text (in blue) is significantly faded. The text on the face reads: "Coming Even[tually] Why Not Now? Keep Up To Date Vote for Woman Suffrage."
