Written by Alice Stone Blackwell, this list was reprinted numerous times in a variety of formats. Blackwell outlines the reasons why women want the right to vote. These include having a voice in making the laws; educating and broadening women's minds; influencing public affairs; electing better men to office; protecting women's business interests; correcting the corruption that existed in politics; and creating laws that adequately represented women's interests.]]></dcterms:description>
