Description

Postcard contains a colorful illustration of cartoon "imps" who are behaving wildly. Some fight policemen, others have chained themselves to railings, while others are putting up "Votes for women" posters. This cartoon was featured in "Ideas" a penny illustrated weekly.

On the verso, the card is addressed to Mr. Curley Fairer Southfield House Cornwall Rd Bedford, and postmarked September 11, 1909. The handwritten message reads: "Hope you didn't need any medical assistance. / Don't forget to look after the "little boy" / Mary"
